By accessing and purchasing from VIVI Jewelry, you agree to the following terms:

Products – All jewelry is handmade; slight variations in color, shape, or texture are part of the artisanal process and not considered defects.
Prices & Payments – Prices are displayed in CHF/EUR. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping – Orders are shipped to Switzerland and the European Union. Delivery times may vary and are provided as estimates.
Returns – Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days (see Refund Policy). Earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons.
Liability – We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers or customs.

Refund & Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was delivered faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
